Clinical Exam Prep - Basic

Preparing for your C&P exam can be a VERY stressful experience.
Dr. Kane will meet with you to review your mental health documents with a focus on salient details likely to be discussed in your exam, and provide skills for managing anxiety. Dr. Kane will review your information, and provide feedback.
Prep services are educational only. Dr. Kane does not guarantee outcomes, advise on what to claim, or represent you before the VA.
Clinical Exam Prep + Simulation

Sessions include:
- Clinical Interview Simulation — A realistic walkthrough of the questions evaluators typically ask
- Articulation Practice — Describing your worst days, functional limitations, and symptom impacts clearly and completely
- Common Pitfalls — Identifying mistakes veterans often make when discussing mental health in formal evaluation
- Anxiety Reduction — Familiarity with the format so the real appointment feels manageable
- Debrief — Personalized feedback

Mental Health Documentation Education and Coaching

Expert coaching to help you clearly document and communicate your mental health history, symptoms, and daily functioning. Dr. Kane offers one‑on‑one educational support to help you organize your clinical story and feel more confident completing your own. This is a coaching service, not legal representation.
Dr. Kane is not a VA‑accredited representative or attorney and does not complete VA forms, tell you what to claim, or represent you before the VA.
Addendums or Updates

Addendums and/or Updates requested or required if the VA requests more specific information and/or if your mental health status changes after the initial letter is written, or if you have additional documentation you'd like Dr. Kane after your documentation has been completed.
TDIU
