Dr. Kane will gather very basic information. You can ask initial questions about your claim and available services.
There is a $200 non-refundable fee due in advance for the Records Review and Extended Interview. Following the free consultation, if you choose to proceed, you will receive an invoice along with your intake paperwork for this amount. Once payment is received, Dr. Kane will review your records, meet with you for approximately one-hour, and develop a game plan for your case.

Dr. Kane will meet with you to review your mental health claims packet with you, focus on salient details likely to be discussed in your exam, and provide skills for managing anxiety.
Dr. Kane will review all of the actual documentation and information from you that will be used by evaluator that will submitted to the VA and what is important for each section.
