Getting the ball rolling:
1. Call/Text/Whatapp 765-465-8484, Email info@Valor-Nexus.com, or contact Dr. Kane through social media to express your interest in learning more. We will schedule you for a free 15-minute consultation via the method of communication you prefer. During this consultation, we will discuss what your claim entails, answer brief questions you may have about our services, and get started if you would like to proceed.
2. If you decide to move forward with the Initial File Review and Interview that is required in all cases, you will be sent paperwork to read and complete via our client portal. An invoice for the non-refundable fee of $200 for this will be issued. This fee is non-refundable.
3. Once that your paperwork has been received and the $200 invoice HAS BEEN PAID, Dr. Kane will review your documents.
4. Once the Initial Review is complete, you will be contacted to discuss next steps.
5. If you are seeking a Nexus letter, you will be advised as to whether there is sufficient information to draw a nexus.
- a. If there is not sufficient evidence to support a Nexus, Dr. Kane will provide a brief written explanation of the missing links that will likely be needed to succeed in gaining service connection from the VA. This explanation is intended to help you understand what missing documentation or treatment may be needed for a successful claim. This summary addresses the details of a claim’s weaknesses so you can work independently or with your VSO to address these deficiencies. Although the fee is non-refundable, this information in and of itself is well worth the $200 fee.
- b. If there is enough evidence to draw a nexus and you want to proceed, you will use the information below.
6. To proceed with your case, you will be sent an invoice via our portal for ONE HALF OF THE COST of your chosen service as a down payment.
7. Once we receive the down payment and your documentation is received, we will schedule a video conference or phone call to discuss your information and clarify details that are needed to provide you with the strongest documentation possible.
8. You will need to advise Dr. Kane when ALL documentation you have is uploaded. Once Dr. Kane begins to work on your case, she is unable to review new documents. So again, make sure you have ALL of your documents uploaded before you give the OK to start.
9. When your documentation is complete, you will be contacted to let you know everything is finished. You will be sent an invoice for the remaining balance. Once the remaining balance is paid in full, you will be sent electronic copies of the report and/or hard copy if requested.
